You recognize that yoga requires physical exertion that may, in some cases, cause physical strain or injury. In participating in True to You Yoga LLC’s courses, guidebooks or training plans, you acknowledge you are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in the training or practicing yoga. You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician regarding any health concerns.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS

You can cancel your Subscription at any time. Please note that you must cancel your Subscription before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month's Subscription Fee. If you cancel your Subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current monthly Subscription period. Subscription memberships (including Annual Subscriptions) are not eligible for pro-rated refunds. If you cancel your membership, you lose your current membership rate. If the membership rate increases, you will need to re-sign up at the new membership rate.

INTELECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, all materials within the True to You Yoga subscription, physical books, or digital courses are protected by copyright owned or licensed by True to You Yoga LLC, and you acknowledge and agree that this is the case. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, upload to a third party, post, transmit or distribute the material. You may stream digital material to your computer or download to your phone/tablet for viewing and/or printing, as long as the material is kept intact and in the same form as presented within the membership, book or course (including any copyright or other notice) and is for your personal, non-commercial use.
