I created True to You Yoga, because yoga changed everything for me - not just my flexibility, but my confidence, peace & sense of purpose.
This isn't about touching your toes, it's about touching your truth.
For years, I pushed myself to keep up - in life, in yoga, in everything. Power yoga, perfection, performance... I thought that was strength.
But what I found was this:
Real strength comes from softness.
Real progress comes from presence.
And real joy? It happens when you stop trying to be someone else & come home to you.
Yoga helped me slow down, breathe deeper & trust myself again. Now, it's my mission to help you do the same - to find your peace, your confidence, your flow, inside & out.
