Yoga can help alleviate some of the pain so many people are facing daily. The poses, breathing & meditation can help people overcome the negative effects of their disease. Slow, subtle, restorative yoga poses have been proven to be effective in improving certain factors.
Lowering stress levels. Battling any kind of pain can become physically, mentally & emotionally draining. By lowering your stress levels, you can strengthen your immune functions.
